ITEX customers must call in advance when making an appointment. Inform the call taker that your an ITEX customer. Salon services will be with a selected stylist. Salon services are 100% ITEX, however there is a required 20% cash gratuity. If ITEX is not mentioned before the service begins then customer is required to pay cash for service.
